Here are some simple tips will help keep your jewellery piece looking its very best.
A gentle clean with a soft 100% cotton cloth is ideal for maintaining your jewellery's shine.
Try to not wear your jewellery in the shower or pool as the chlorine will tarnish it.
Apply any perfume, body lotion or creams and let dry before you put on your jewellery. For the best care, store your jewellery in a little airtight bag in the box it came in when not being worn to minimise tarnish.
To clean your jewellery grab a small bowl, pour in hot water, some gentle soap and stir. Place your jewellery in the solution for 1 minute, rinse with clean water, then polish with a soft 100% cotton cloth and pat completely dry.
Sterling silver / 9ct gold pieces can be cleaned using any of the commercially available solutions, we prefer the non chemical ones.
Gold fill refers to a process in which gold is mechanically bonded to a base metal, producing a thicker layer than even the heaviest gold plating. Our chain, clasps & ear hooks are all gold filled.
Our gold plated pieces are heavily plated in 18k gold over solid sterling silver. The gold layer will eventually wear off. When it does, it can be re-plated at a nominal cost through any jewellers or we would be happy to do it for you.

Allow 3 - 7 working days for delivery. You will receive dispatch confirmation along with your tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

We ship our products by tracked postal services.We will contact you if for some reason we are not able to complete the order in time.
We will deliver the goods ordered by you to the address you give us for delivery at the time you make your order. It is your responsibility to ensure that the delivery address you give us is correct and accurate and that there is somebody to sign for and take delivery of the goods from the delivery service used.
Loinnir Jewellery is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.

Please note that if you order from outside of the EU, your purchase may be subject to import duties in your own country. You will be billed for this on receipt of your package.
Loinnir Jewellery is not responsible for any importation charges or government fees.
If your order is returned to us because the courier or postal service could not complete the delivery to you for whatever reason, then you will be responsible for the repeat delivery costs.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY FOR ONLINE PURCHASE
At Loinnir Jewellery we love what we make and we want you to love your Loinnir piece too.
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, items can be returned to us within 3 working days of despatch and are eligible to offer an exchange or an in-store credit to the value of the original piece. In order to qualify for a in-store gift-card/credit , must be returned undamaged, in their original box/packaging with the receipt. Goods should be returned to: 44, Park Drive Green, Castleknock, Dublin 15 , Ireland.
Your right to return your items you have ordered on condition that:
a) You have not worn or damaged the jewellery
b) The jewellery is in the same condition as it was when it was delivered
c) You have contacted us within 3 working days of receiving your goods
d) The item(s) are not “Bespoke”, which due to their unique nature, cannot be exchanged or credited unless there is a design/product flaw.
e) The items are not earrings, which, for hygiene reasons, cannot be exchanged or credited unless there is a design/product flaw.
Breakages must be informed within 3 working days of receiving the package . Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org & we will deal with your query directly.
Should you lose a single earring please note that we do sell individual earrings as replacements if the style is still available.
Loinnir Jewellery cannot be responsible for any return postage charges, items lost, stolen or damaged in transit so if you are returning an item, please send via tracked post.
We are not responsible for items returned which cannot be tracked. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange or an in-store credit.
MANAGEMENT OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
Loinnir Jewellery respects your privacy and will not sell any customer details to a third party. Any and all of the information collected on this website will be kept strictly confidential and will not be sold, reused, rented, disclosed, or loaned.
EVENTS BEYOND OUR CONTROL
Loinnir will not be in breach of these Terms and Conditions or otherwise be liable for any delay in performance to the extent that any delay or failure is due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control and including, but with limitation, industrial action or disputes, breakdown of systems or network access, flood, fire, explosion, or accident.
