b) The jewellery is in the same condition as it was when it was delivered
c) You have contacted us within 30 days of purchase.
d)The item is return to us within 3 - 9 working days of receiving your goods.

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, items can be returned to us once we have been notified within 3 working days of the item delivered and are eligible to offer an exchange or an in-store credit to the value of the original piece. In order to qualify for a in-store gift-card/credit , must be returned not worn undamaged, in their original box/packaging with the receipt. As part of our ongoing commitment to sustainability, our gift boxes and bags are crafted from sturdy FSC-certified cardboard and paper, promoting responsible forest management. Additionally, the interior inserts are made from recycled PET, a type of clear, lightweight, and fully recyclable plastic. Our padded envelopes are now designed for recycling, with at least 60% recycled content. I believe that every small step towards a greener future makes a difference, and I’m excited to continue implementing sustainable practices throughout my brand.
