    SHIPPING

    Ireland & Northern Ireland

    Allow 3 - 7 working days for delivery. You will receive dispatch confirmation along with your tracking information once your order has been dispatched. 

    We are always mindful of any deadlines or special dates you may have so please get in contact if you need something sooner at loinnirjewellery@gmail.com.

    We ship our products by tracked postal services.We will contact you if for some reason we are not able to complete the order in time.

    We will deliver the goods ordered by you to the address you give us for delivery at the time you make your order. It is your responsibility to ensure that the delivery address you give us is correct and accurate and that there is somebody to sign for and take delivery of the goods from the delivery service used.

    Loinnir Jewellery is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.

    Overseas Delivery

    Please contact us and we arrange delivery for you at loinnirjewellery@gmail.com.

    Please note that if you order from outside of the EU, your purchase may be subject to import duties in your own country.

    Loinnir Jewellery is not responsible for any importation charges or government fees.

    If your order is returned to us because the courier or postal service could not complete the delivery to you for whatever reason, then you will be responsible for the repeat delivery costs.

    EXCHANGE  POLICY FOR ONLINE PURCHASE

    We are always sorry to hear that a piece is not right, however with our 30 day exchange policy getting the perfect piece couldn’t be simpler. Items can be returned to us once we have been notified within 30 days of the item being purchase. 

    Your right to exchange your items you have ordered on condition that:

    a) You have not worn or damaged the jewellery

    b) The jewellery is in the same condition as it was when it was delivered

    c) You have contacted us within 30 days of purchase.

    d)The item is return to us within 3 - 9 working days of receiving your goods.

    e) The item(s) are not “Bespoke/Commission”, which due to their unique nature, cannot be exchanged or credited unless there is a design/product flaw.

    f) The items are not earrings, which, for hygiene reasons, cannot be exchanged or credited unless there is a design/product flaw.

    Goods should be returned to: 44, Park Drive Green, Castleknock, Dublin 15 , Ireland.

    Please allow up to 14 days for your order to be processed from the day that it arrives in studio.

    RETURNS POLICY FOR ONLINE PURCHASE

    At Loinnir Jewellery we value what we make and we want you to love your Loinnir piece too.

    If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, items can be returned to us once we have been notified within 3 working days of the item delivered and are eligible to offer an exchange or an in-store credit to the value of the original piece. In order to qualify for a in-store gift-card/credit , must be returned not worn undamaged, in their original box/packaging with the receipt. Goods should be returned to: 44, Park Drive Green, Castleknock, Dublin 15 , Ireland.

    Your right to return your items you have ordered on condition that:

    Breakages must be informed within 3 working days of receiving the package . Please contact loinnirjewellery@gmail.com & we will deal with your query directly.

    Should you lose a single earring please note that we do sell individual earrings as replacements if the style is still available.

    Loinnir Jewellery cannot be responsible for any return postage charges, items lost, stolen or damaged in transit so if you are returning an item, please send via tracked post.

    We are not responsible for items returned which cannot be tracked. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange or an in-store credit.

    MANAGEMENT OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

    Loinnir Jewellery respects your privacy and will not sell any customer details to a third party. Any and all of the information collected on this website will be kept strictly confidential and will not be sold, reused, rented, disclosed, or loaned.

    EVENTS BEYOND OUR CONTROL

    Loinnir will not be in breach of these Terms and Conditions or otherwise be liable for any delay in performance to the extent that any delay or failure is due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control and including, but with limitation, industrial action or disputes, breakdown of systems or network access, flood, fire, explosion, or accident.

    All of our jewellery is individually hand-made to order in our studio for you. Please allow at least 1 working days for your order to ready shipping. You will receive a dispatch notification when your order is dispatch.
     
    Republic of Ireland: 
    Orders over €155 qualify for free shipping by registered tracked post with An Post and takes 5-7 working days. There is a €9.20 delivery charge for orders under €150 by registered tracked post with An Post. 
    If you are in a rush, we offer DHL EXPRESS COURIER for €16.27 delivery charge and takes 2-3 working days from dispatch.
     
    Northern Ireland: 
    All orders to Northern Ireland we offer DHL EXPRESS COURIER for €20 delivery charge and take 3-4 working days from dispatch.
    Please be aware that custom charges must be paid by the receiver.
     
    United Kingdom: 
    All orders to United Kingdom we offer DHL EXPRESS COURIER for €34 delivery charge and take 2-5 working days depending on clearance from dispatch.

    Sustainable Gifting Loinnir Jewellery Irish Jewellery

    Loinnir Jewellery strives to be mindful of our impact on the environment and work hard to implement sustainable practices throughout our production process. This collection, Cara ingeniously recycles the leftover sterling silver from prior castings within the collection.

    As part of our ongoing commitment to sustainability, our gift boxes and bags are crafted from sturdy FSC-certified cardboard and paper, promoting responsible forest management. Additionally, the interior inserts are made from recycled PET, a type of clear, lightweight, and fully recyclable plastic. Our padded envelopes are now designed for recycling, with at least 60% recycled content. I believe that every small step towards a greener future makes a difference, and I’m excited to continue implementing sustainable practices throughout my brand.  Suggestions and advice are always welcome.  - Cara Sturgess
